Unhealthy Brits are sent to live with some of the fittest over-60s in the world, forced to quit their lazy lifestyles and banish the fast food as they try to keep up with their elderly hosts. In this episode, a 21-year-old fried-chicken addict, a 22-year-old unmotivated mother, an authority-hating teenager and a body conscious 21-year-old head to Sun City Centre in Florida to be whipped into shape by four pensioners in peak condition.
