Want to get the most out of the National Body Challenge? The application requires certain system configurations in order to run smoothly and quickly.
Be sure your system meets these requirements:
• You'll need to have the most recent Flash Player (Flash Player 9) installed. Don't have it? Click here to download Adobe Flash Player.
• To use the National Body Challenge video galleries effectively, you'll want to have a high-speed internet connection.
• Make sure your Internet browser is set to accept (enable) cookies. We store some of your log-in information on your computer.
• You'll want to use Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0 or better. You may also use FireFox.
If you see that a page is loading strangely (or not at all) we recommend:
1) Patience. Your connection may be slower than we anticipated.
2) Using the "Refresh" (or "Reload" ) feature of your Internet browser.
