Group Exercise Classes: We have classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced, that include cardiovascular, resistance training and toning, and flexibility/mind-body workouts.
Personal Training: One-on-one dynamic workouts designed just for you by one of our highly qualified Personal Trainers.
Small Group Personal Training: Get the motivation of group exercise combined with personalized coaching and attention from a Bally Personal Trainer in these 4–6 person sessions.
Total Results Weight Loss Solution: Take the guesswork out of healthy eating with our Total Results Weight Loss Solution. Designed by Bally Registered Dieticians, the program includes flexible food plans, workout options, healthy recipes and more.
