The National Body Challenge is back with even more life-changing drama! In this week-long event, six challengers on two teams compete to replace a lifetime of bad habits with a healthy new way of living. From our party-all-night rocker, Alex; junk-food-junkie single mom, Sadio; athlete-turned-couch-potato, Matt; and Amy, a decadent chef, see how friendships are forged, setbacks shared and milestones conquered at hardcore boot camp workouts and nutritional challenges led by dedicated personal trainers and health experts.
When the boot camp days are over, they'll be sent back to their homes and families to live what they've learned … until the next boot camp weigh in! Who will persevere? Who will get lazy in the face of hectic everyday challenges? When six months of sweat, tears, celebration and confrontation are over, the team that loses the greatest percentage of body weight will win the National Body Challenge grand prize — and win back the healthy person inside!
