Ingredients
1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons red onion, diced small
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Four-6 ounce yellow fin tuna fillets
4 burger buns, something interesting like a good wheat or multi-grain
Olive oil
Kosher salt and fresh-ground pepper
Baby mixed greens
Combine yogurt, capers, red onion and lemon juice. Set aside.
Lightly drizzle fillets with oil and season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high and add fillets. Cook until both sides are seared and nicely browned, but still a bit pink in the middle.
Toast or grill buns and add sauce, a fliet and some of the baby lettuce.
