Steamed Artichokes with Red Pepper Puree

Ingredients
4 artichokes
1 cup prepared roasted red peppers drained and coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 squirt of lemon juice
salt and pepper

Place artichokes in a pot of boiling water and cook until tender.

For the Red Pepper Puree, place remaining ingredients in a food processor, blend until smooth.
