Ingredients:
1 8 oz. ahi tuna steak
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 ripe medium avocado, pitted, small dice
1/4 jalapeño chili, seeded, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup red onion, small dice
Juice from 1 fresh lime
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, optional
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Mix lightly. Season to taste.
