
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup fresh strawberry puree
7 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
5 mint leaves, finely chopped, optional
Combine all ingredients and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Process in an ice-cream machine until a soft serve ice-cream texture is achieved. Then transfer the sorbet to a bowl, cover, and chill in the freezer.
