Quick Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:
3 cups chocolate soy milk
1 ripe banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder, optional

Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on medium speed, with the lid on tightly, until smooth, 1 minute.
