Ingredients
4 ripe nectarines, sliced, pit discarded
2 baskets blackberries, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup almonds
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons oatmeal
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup apple cider
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a food processor combine almonds, flour, sugar, oatmeal, and cold butter. Pulse until finely chopped but using caution not to make almond butter. Transfer to a large bowl, add nectarines and blackberries, add lemon juice, apple cider and toss with your fingers. Transfer into a casserole dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and brown on top; remove from the oven and set aside until ready to serve. Garnish with hand-torn mint.
