OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ("U.S."), AGED 18 YEARS OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age and older who have Internet access as of November 23, 2009. Employees, officers and directors of Discovery Communications, LLC ("Sponsor"), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, TV production partners, advertising agencies, promotional suppliers and the immediate family members (spouses and parents, children and siblings and their spouses, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible. All applicable federal, state, and local rules apply. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. TO ENTER: Discovery Health's Dr. G Autographed DVD Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on November 23, 2009 and ends on December 27, 2009 (the "Sweepstakes Period"), and consists of five (5) "Entry Periods," one for each week the Sweepstakes is open. A new Entry Period will begin each Monday at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and end the following Sunday at 11:59 PM ET. To enter, visit http://health.discovery.com/fansites/drg/dvd-giveaway/entry.html to access the Sweepstakes entry page. Complete the online entry form and submit so that it is received by Sponsor's server by 11:59 PM ET on December 27, 2009. Limit one entry per person/email address per day. By entering, participants warrant and represent that they agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the final decision of the Sponsor.

3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Five (5) random drawings will be conducted, each on or about the Tuesday following the close of an Entry Period, the first being on December 12/1, 2009 and the last on December 29, 2009. Entries for any given Entry Period will not be entered or otherwise included in any other Entry Period's drawing.

4. PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING: Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the specified Entry Period to award one (5) Grand Prizes consisting of a signed Dr. G Season One DVD. Each Grand Prize is valued at $19.99 USD. Winners will be notified by email, phone, postal mail and/or express mail at Sponsor's sole discretion. Inability to contact a winner or the return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable will result in the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. No prize transfer or cash redemption. No prize substitution, in whole or in part, except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded. Limit one prize per person. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received for each Entry Period.

5. GENERAL: Taxes on prizes and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes and not specified are the sole responsibility of winners. By participating, entrants agree [a] to these rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the sweepstakes or their acceptance, use or misuse of prize including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage; and if a winner, [c] to permit Sweepstakes Entities to use his or her name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, voice likeness, and city and state address for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in all media, including but not limited to on air and within www.discovery.com and related sites, in perpetuity, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) and agree to execute specific consent to such use upon request. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: [a] any telecast, cable or telephone malfunctions, human error, satellite transmission failures, or delayed telecasts or preemption of or the failure of a cable affiliate to televise Discovery Health or any affiliated Sponsor network in all or any parts of the United States; [b] electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; [c] failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; [d] late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries or postage-due mail; or [e] any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof should computer hardware or software malfunctions (such as but not limited to virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures) or any other causes corrupt the administration, security or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, and select the winners from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

6. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Internet entry must be made by the entrant only at the authorized web site address of http://health.discovery.com/fansites/drg/dvd-giveaway/entry.html Entries may not be made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other Internet website or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial contest and sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites. Any person who enters by any of the methods described above will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like judging methods, will disqualify all votes using such methods. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or technical error or unauthorized access to the Web site. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of the terms of the Web site, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. In case of dispute, the authorized subscriber of email account used to enter Sweepstakes at actual time of entry will be deemed to be participant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: [a] any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective; and [b] any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and [c] under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Maryland, with jurisdiction and venue in Montgomery County, Maryland, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in the courts of Montgomery County, Maryland.

8. USE OF ENTRY INFORMATION: Please note that by entering this Sweepstakes and by leaving the "opt-in" boxes on the entry form for this promotion checked, you are (depending on "opt-in" boxes left checked) [a] agreeing to receive the Discovery Health and National Body Challenge Newsletters via email until you choose to unsubscribe; [b] agreeing that the Sponsor may share your entry information (including your name, address, email address, etc.) with other parties; and/or [c] granting us and other third parties with which we choose to share your information, permission to contact you about our upcoming shows, promotions or for other reasons. You may enter this Sweepstakes but keep your entry information private by un-checking the "opt-in" boxes on the entry form. The collection and use of entrant information will be governed by Sponsor's on-line privacy policy, available for viewing at http://health.discovery.com/fansites/drg/drg-fansite.html.
