bean sprouts
lettuce
carrots
basil
rice noodles (round wrap form)

Ingredients For Dipping Sauce
peanut butter
warm water
vinegar
salt
hot sauce or pepper

Directions
Step 1: Boil noodles for filling
Flashing: using ice or cold water to prevent further cooking.

Step 2: Prepare rest of filling—lettuce, carrots, bean sprouts, basil.
Tips: Use peeler to make carrot shavings.
Look for rice noodles in the international isle of your supermarket.
Dip wrappers quickly in boiling water to soften.

Step 3: Add fillings
Tip: Tuck in sides & Roll it up!
