Ingredients:
Potatoes
Sour cream
Hard cheese, like Romano
Herbs of choice (With fresh rosemary for garnish)
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes (thin).
Ho Says: Soak sliced potatoes in a bowl of cold water in order to remove some starch.
Lay slices over a hot, oiled pan/skillet so that they overlap. Add a few springs of fresh rosemary (if available), fry for a few minutes till golden brown and flip. Set aside on plate with a dollop of sour cream. Shave a few slices of hard cheese.
