Ingredients:
rice noodles
bouillion cubes
anise
garlic
mushrooms
onions
red peppers
squash
roast beef (sliced)
alfalfa for garnish
Directions
Step 1: Prep noodles
Soak cellophane noodles to soften
Step 2: Create broth
Add bouillion cubes (1 per cup of water)
Add garlic and anise
Step 3: prepare filling
Slice any veggies you like

Pour broth over noodles and veggies
