Wellness Expert ... Dan Ho

Dan Ho’s life was perfect. He co-owned a successful restaurant in Chicago. He owned a big house in the country, decorated to perfection. He entertained perfectly, and had a perfect garden. Then, on Feb. 12, 1998, he had a seizure in the middle of the dinner service at his restaurant. He had an out-of-body experience and realized that his home — indeed,  his entire life — wasn’t his own. Everything was perfectly executed, the way it was "supposed to be," down to the last platter and end table in his living room. But it wasn’t him, and Dan realized, it wasn’t true style.

Not only was Dan's lifestyle bulked with perfection, his own body (thanks to all the expert cuisine and impossible-to-maintain fitness trends he subscribed to) was perfectly obese. As he took to simplifying his life, he did the same with his health, and Dan's real style and real body emerged.
