Dancers also introduce four core belly dance moves: the exotic "head slide", the "basic Egyptian step","hip circles" and the "Turkish figure-eight". Then dancers combine what they have just learned into an authentic belly dance followed by a freestyle belly dance.

Dancers also introduce new moves includes "shoulder rolls", the "village shimmy", "m and m's", and the upper-body isolation called the "chest camel". Then dancers combine all these moves into an exhilarating belly dance followed by a freestyle dance.

Dancers also teach some new belly dance moves including the "three-step turn", the "hip-bounce", the "gawazzi step", the "cabaret shimmy", and the "side-step arm-sweep".
