1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 tbsp. low carb white sweetener
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 low carb chocolate bar - shaved
1/2 cup strawberries - sliced
1 tsp. quartre epics or cinnamon
Beat cream in cold mixing bowl until soft peaks start to form 2-3 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon quartre epics seasoning and cocoa to cream and beat 1 minute. Scrape bowl and add low carb white sweetener. Finish beating until peaks are firm. Spoon into 6 oz. coffee mugs and fill 3/4 of each mug with cream. Top cream with sliced strawberry and add remaining cream to fill mug. Garnish with sliced strawberry and shaved chocolate. Serve immediately.
