2 1/2 cup honey dew, diced Dipping Sauce:
3 tbsp. sour cream
4 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. low carb sweetened syrup
1 tsp. orange Extract
1/4 cup crushed pecans Dipping Sauce Preparation:
Blend all ingredients except nuts in food processor until smooth. Serve 1/2 cup melon per person in chilled ramekin. Top with 2 tablespoons sauce and garnish with crushed pecans
