Low Carb Cranberry Sauce

12 oz. fresh cranberries
3/4 cup low carb sweetener
1 cup water
Zest of one orange (approx. 2 tbsp.)
1 star anise

Put all ingredients in 2 quart sauce pot and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook on low-medium about 10 minutes. Remove star anise and serve warm or allow to refrigerate overnight. Serve with Goose or Turkey.

Yields 12 servings - approximately 4.5 net carbs per serving
