Who Is Dr. Rob Danoff?
Robert Danoff, D.O., M.S., is a family physician and program director of Family Practice Residency Frankford Hospitals, Jefferson Health System, Philadelphia, Pa.
Dr. Rob graduated from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and did his postgraduate medical training at Frankford Hospital.
He also has an M.S. degree from Syracuse University and an M.S. degree from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. His graduate school training focused on environmental health.
Dr. Rob believes in a preventive approach to medicine and encourages his patients to become the "CFO" of their own health plan. He also practices integrative medicine, which combines traditional Western medicine with proven complementary medical practices.
Dr. Rob is a regular contributor to Discovery Health Online and is a medical correspondent for The Comcast Network, CN8, and a contributing writer to the New York Times. He also writes a weekly medical column for the Bucks Courier Times, Bucks County Pa.
In the past, Dr. Rob was a daily medical reporter for a radio station in Philadelphia, a co-host of a live interactive cable medical show, and host of a live medical chat on Yahoo.
