Who Is Dr. Rob Danoff?
Rob Danoff, DO, MS, FACOFP is a family physician and program director of the Family Practice as well as the combined Family Practice/Emergency Medicine Residency programs at Aria Health, Philadelphia, Pa. Dr. Rob graduated from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his postgraduate medical training at Aria Health (formerly Frankford Hospitals). He also has an M.S. degree from Syracuse University and an M.S. degree from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
Dr. Rob believes in a preventive approach to medicine and encourages his patients to "take charge of their health." He also has a focus on environmental medicine and nutrition (including the ingredients in our food), as well as integrative medicine, which combines traditional Western medicine with proven complementary medical practices.
Dr. Rob is a medical contributor to the WCBS Health and Well Being Report and CBS3 in Philadelphia, as well as writes a weekly medical column for the Bucks County Courier Times and Doylestown Intelligencer, in Bucks County Pa. His articles appear on MSN Health and Fitness, and in the past has been a contributor to the New York Times Special Features.
Dr. Rob serves on the honorary board of Gilda's Club, Delaware Valley, Pennsylvania, and is the Medical Director for Back On My Feet, an organization that helps the homeless “one step at a time.”
