Meet Frances Largeman, R.D.

Frances Largeman, R.D., earned her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and completed her dietetic internship at Columbia University in New York. Frances is currently the managing editor/producer at FoodFit.com, a Web site devoted to healthy eating, cooking and fitness. Prior to joining FoodFit, she was part of the editorial team at Discovery Health Channel online, where she managed the Food, Nutrition and Weight Management areas of the site.

Frances is active in her professional community as a member of the American Dietetic Association and the Food and Culinary Professionals practice group. She is also the media representative for the District of Columbia American Dietetic Association. Frances has appeared on local and national TV and has been quoted in Cooking Light magazine, as well as food and health sections of local newspapers across the country.
